Chris founded Calabrese & Associates, P.C. in 2005. He has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, taxation, and auditing. Currently, he focuses on helping small businesses and startups by providing tax planning, corporate and individual tax preparation, payroll, bookkeeping, and consulting services.
He graduated from Hofstra University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. After four years in the audit department at the major accounting firm KPMG, Chris left to become a Senior Manager at the mid-size public accounting firm Rynkar, Vail & Barrett LLP.
Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
Teresa joined Calabrese & Associates, P.C. in 2013. She specializes in improving the books and records of small business clients as well as computer accounting system assistance (specializing in QuickBooks).
Teresa graduated from St. John’s University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After college, she worked for four years in the audit and tax departments at the major accounting firm KPMG. Teresa then spent time with both St. Vincent’s Services and the Archdiocese of New York.
Susan is a bookkeeper who has been with Calabrese & Associates, P.C. since 2019. She focuses her time on improving the books and records of small business clients as well as computer accounting system assistance (specializing in QuickBooks). Susan also serves as our office manager and is a Notary Public.
